Executive Women of the Palm Beaches celebrates a milestone this year - our 30th Annual Women in Leadership Awards Luncheon. This luncheon recognizes women who have achieved significant accomplishments in their fields and have displayed generosity of spirit and commitment to integrity and diversity. We hope you will join us this year to celebrate our nominees as well as our 30th anniversary and our commitment to the community.
The generosity of our sponsors and supporters is important to the success of our scholarships and community impact. Each year, proceeds from the luncheon benefit women in Palm Beach County through 16 college scholarships and through our Lois Kwasman Program for Community Impact, providing grants to local nonprofits to help fund critical programs that change the lives of children and teens in Palm Beach County. In the past 30 years, we have awarded nearly $360,000 for 150 scholarships as well as six grants to local non-profit programs that have a meaningful impact for many of our residents in Palm Beach County.

Our sponsors benefit from their association with the Women In Leadership Awards Luncheon through our comprehensive print and media campaign, luncheon invitations, the EWPB newsletter and website, as well as being positively presented to a select group of community business leaders represented in our 600+ attendees. Sponsorship continues to provide an invaluable community service through the Executive Women Outreach scholarship program and Kwasman Program grants.
