EWPB Membership requires a demonstrated commitment to community service through documented volunteer service with a community-based public service organization or program.  This service should be NON-WORK RELATED and encompass active roles in leadership, collaborative effort, individual achievement and/or special projects.  Please detail your community service efforts with the following details:
