Executive Women of the Palm Beaches (EWPB) was founded in 1982 by senior professional and executive women in Palm Beach County to support and advance women in business and community leadership.  EWPB is the pre-eminent women’s organization in Palm Beach County with monthly meetings rotating between breakfast, lunch and dinner in various parts of the county to accommodate our members' schedules. 

Our programs feature timely topics of interest to women executives to enhance and support their personal and business lives.
 

The strength of the organization lies in our members' personal involvement.  EWPB members provide leadership in community service to Palm Beach County, and EWPB stands as the voice for furthering the interests of, and opportunities for, executive and professional women by networking, referral opportunities, lively programs, addressing timely issues, mentoring and leadership skill development.

Our Breakfast and Lunch Bunch networking sessions in the Northern, Central and Southern sections of the county supplement our monthly meetings, allowing our members time to get more acquainted.  A variety of other workshops and special events are also offered throughout the year such as wine tastings, golf clinics, gallery walks, investment and reading groups and candidate forums.  We also present a “Take Your Child to Work” event highlighting traditional and unique career opportunities.

Each year culminates in our annual Women in Leadership Awards luncheon where we honor three exceptional women who are selected from the public, volunteer and private sections.  The Luncheon also features a nationally recognized keynote speaker.  Proceeds from this event support our scholarships and Executive Women Outreach programs.
