The Cynthia Allen Gracey Scholarship was created to honor our founder and Past President, Cynthia Allen Gracey.  Cynthia founded Executive Women of the Palm Beaches in 1982 in her desire to network with local women in Executive type positions in Palm Beach County.  It is awarded to a student enrolled in a four year university in Palm Beach County.
